We offer an array of packages that are available to the client according to their needs. Our standard packages consist of computerized access codes, 24 hour surveillance and sprinkler system. The standard package is ideal for the first timer who just want to get there values in and maybe store for a short period of time or an extended period, its all up to the individual and their needs.
Our deluxe package offers all of the standard packages ammenties and also 10% off storage supplies, electronic billing, hold key service meaning,( the facility will hold an additional key for you in the event you loose your key) and we will accept any deliveries you may have and inform you when the delivery is made. Your 10% discount will be applied to all moving and packaging supplies. Also with the deluxe package we also offer a mailbox rental service for personal use. Mailboxes are accessible 24 hours and 7 days a week. Mailboxes are available in two sizes, 6 by 6 and 6 by 12. We will accept any packages on your behalf and notify you when the packages are received.
Our premium packages include everything in the standard with a few added features, such as, preferred on site locations, the preferred on site features means storage locations near the buildings entrance, which means easy access to tenants for moving their belongings in and out of the unit. Premium units are indoor units with climate control. Climate control is advantageous to sensitive items that could become compromised without this feature. We keep temperatures in these units between 10 and 15 degrees celsius all year around in order to keep your valuables safe.
Our storage units vary in size. We offer a 5 x 5, 10 x 10, 10 by 15 x and 10 x 20. Our 5 x 5 is the smallest of the units and would be perfect for storing small items but could hold a small bedroom or office. The 10 x 10 will hold the contents of an apartment. It would hold all of your items while waiting on a move from a smaller place to a bigger place. Our 10 x 15 units will hold at least 3 bedrooms, which is a very accommodating size for a large family with many items or for holding larger items such as, televisions, refrigerator, sofa tables etc. Our 10 x 20 which is our largest unit will hold all of your families belongings and more. In some cases it will even hold a vehicle with room to spare.
